The movie I had the great pleasure to work on a few years ago with the incredible Juli Jackson on her full-length, Arkansas-made feature – 45RPM – which I helped not only with branding, but also did most of the work for the artist in the film, including 30+ sketches, 20 large paintings, a sketchbook, hundreds of frames of animation and more! Not only that, but I have done the branding and much of the packaging for the movie.
Exciting news! I will be having an art exhibition of my 45RPM works this weekend with the screening of 45RPM the movie at The Arts@311 in Jonesboro. This is a special one day event – DON’T MISS IT!

I’ve been so lucky to work on the incredible Arkansas-made feature film, 45RPM by Juli Jackson. I created over 20 paintings, 40 sketches and a sketchbook for the main character, a struggling young artist. The story follows her travels through Arkansas looking for a lost 45 record made by her father.
I also did all of the branding work for the film, including: logo, posters, flyers, website, and so so so much more.
It’s been a long time in the making, but the film’s premiere just won big at the recent Little Rock Film Festival. So check out the main artwork collection at the link below:

My work for the indie film, 45RPM, was featured on the cover of Eye on Independence Magazine for Independence Co. Arkansas. There is also an article and interview with director, Juli Jackson, with more artwork inside. I have lots and lots more artwork to add from the 45RPM project, and will as soon as I can. Hope to see you out for the premiere in a couple of weeks!
I was thrilled to be a part of this year’s Ozark Foothills FilmFest. It all started with the poster and from there grew the entire look of this years fest. I am so glad Bob and Judy Pest, the entire FilmFest staff, let me have such a big part of the branding. I think it turned out very interesting and intriguing. Lots of good words were said about during the Fest so I was very honored. I know Ben and I will definitely be attending this event for years to come.
The first trailer for the movie 45RPM made its debut at the FilmFest this weekend. I did the branding for 45RPM as well as all of the art for the main character, who is an artists. Altogether, I did 17 paintings, dozens of drawings and a sketchbook. It was a fun challenge to put myself in another artist shoes and to take chances I wouldn’t normally take. I think Juli did an incredible job on this film and it really shows in this small glimpse. Without further adieu… you must see this trailer:

Back in March, Juli Jackson, director of 45RPM movie asked me to be the artist for her film about an artist. We’ve been working hard on some really exciting things coming up soon! A few weeks ago I was invited to work with Juli on a big production day for the movie. We had a blast and filmed it ALL! Juli just so happened to post the time-lapse feed on her blog for 45RPM. I am really excited about this new project. I have a blog coming up explaining more. In the meantime, check out the video!
